Naturally, various species of animals become extinct on our planet and are replaced by new ones. However, due to deforestation, hunting, pollution or bringing various aggressive animals into the local environment, the rate of animal extinction is much higher now.

One study found that species are now becoming extinct at a rate of 1,000 times more than the 60 million years before humans came to earth.
There are about 1 million species in the world, which are now at risk of extinction. And to save these animals and other animals, 2 million square miles of the earth is reserved. It may sound like a lot of places, but it's only 3% of the world's total area. The responsibility of conserving these areas has been taken through various initiatives like “Protected Forests” or “National Parks”.
